Serving the North Africa as a key strategy region for more than 10 years, Huawei had established a Delivery and Service team with exceeding 1300 high caliber service engineers, of which 70% are local staffs, along with a partner network of more than 4000 service engineers.
In response to the big challenges that telecom service providers are currently facing, this service organization transformation is being reflected as end-to-end solution that Huawei presents to the North Africa market; moreover focusing on the solution of customer experience management and operations management, these services are provided through a wide service portfolio comprising Consulting Service, Managed Service, Quality Improvement and Assurance Service (SmartCare), System Integration Service, Energy Transformation Service, Learning Service and Customer Support Service.
